The first step in making a die is in the sample or artwork.

The image is then imported into our computers for the preparation of CNC machining

Our CNC departmant will machine and engrave the design directly into the steel hub or master.

Touch up or clean polishing of the hub is still done by hand and requires the touch of a master craftsman or hub cutter.
